our hurricane florence response

End Hunger In Calvert County has begun to partner with relief organizations and local churches to send teams and provisions into the areas affected by Hurricane Florence. More information will be available once the first responders have assessed the situation and the specific needs. If you wish to donate to hurricane relief efforts now, you can do so at endhungercalvert.org/florence or facebook.com/endhungercalvert. As an Accredited Charity of the Better Business Bureau you can give with confidence knowing that 100% of your donation will go directly and only to Hurricane Florence relief efforts.

outdoor movie night

Join us on Friday, September 28, for our Outdoor Movie Night, featuring the blockbuster film I Can Only Imagine (Rated PG). Grilled hot dogs, chips and drinks will be served at 6:30 PM and the movie will begin at 7:30 PM. Please RSVP by email so we can plan for food at: movienight@chesapeakechurch.org. this week at our food pantry

This week, our Food Pantry served 612 families (3 of those were new), which translates into 1,455 people receiving
support. A total of 81 volunteers served for 251 hours, distributing 14,141 pounds of product to people in need.
